Our team


Greg
A no-nonsense fitness coach, nutrition expert, and unapologetic advocate for strength, health, and resilience. A relentless pursuer of truth in training, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization, he cuts through the noise to help people build muscle, burn fat, and take back control of their health. When he’s not lifting heavy, running fast, or calling out nonsense, he’s probably ranting about biochemistry, blasting punk rock, or enjoying a properly cooked steak.


Adam
He spent 15 years in the thick of 911 calls—first as an EMT, then as a Paramedic, and eventually working as an RN. Serving full-time on the streets and in the hospital wore him down, making him realize he was playing with fire by neglecting his own health. Time after time, he saw people’s well-being destroyed by poor habits and over prescribed meds. Determined to prevent emergencies rather than just respond to them, he shifted gears from ambulance and bedside work to coaching others in health, fitness, and life. He believes no one should have to choose between serving others and serving themselves. You deserve both.


Brian
An adventurous storyteller with a flair for the high strangeness! His background in adventure-driven television, has taken him across the globe, diving into the unknown.
He thrives on adventure but has a twist on fitness: he absolutely hates the gym! Workouts are a necessary evil, so he opts for short, efficient routines that keep him ready for anything.
A self-proclaimed genetic freak, he boasts impressive endurance and strength, thanks to years of big-mountain snowboarding and boarder-cross racing. Always up for a new escapade and always seems to have a bag packed, ready to go.
